Mommalogue

G'morning!
Well, it's morning for me and past 1am for most of my readers.

Kids are watching The Legend of the Guardians, I'm on my 3rd blog and 2nd cuppa coffee and life is good!  Brian trashed the kitchen floor - it's covered in cookie cutters and mixing spoons - and had an absolute blast doing so.  I have my shopping list (thanks Pinterest) with the goal of doing a test run on our St. Patrick's day party food.  Goal: Green awesomeness!

The lack of a FB page hasn't caused me to curl up and die (<-- Blues Brothers reference).  I haven't exactly given up anything for Lent soooo... yeah.

Spring 2012 landscaping of the Williams' yard has begun.  And it makes me miss the OK house.  The crocus have probably come up, with the tulips and daffodils not too far behind.  That's ok, though, Natalie and I have plans for the yard.  They mostly include 'kid proofing' it so the neighborhood hooligans don't trample our hard work.  We're thinking seeding, wild flowers and maybe some veggies.

Brian is finally doing more walking than crawling.  His top two teeth finally broke through but now he's back to waking up twice a night.  Ugh. *drinks more coffee*  Good news is that he's completely off the bottle!  The paci?  Not so much and I'm in no hurry to conquer that foe.

Natalie is reading amazingly well and she picks up on everything so fast!  She's getting her spacers & bands (dental stuff), leading up to getting her spreader.  I get to use a 'key' to make it 'spread' out her mouth.  Not looking forward to that but it must be done.
